The lovely Scarlett was excited to get several real pies in her face outside! Wearing a pretty sun dress, Scarlett is dressed well for the start of summer. She pies herself very well with several banana and a couple of chocolate cream pies! After some pondering, I really think this is my first real outdoor scene since the Art Student's video from early 2008.
The video, featuring 3 different camera angles, is now available on the Anglefan download store. Enjoy the pics below!

Those pies work so well and I've been using them for over a year now. Next one we need to factor in a later start time so the sun shifts and isn't shining so brightly on her.

Scarlett is beautiful! Those pies are fantastic, I wish I had access to such pies over here in continental Europe. Not much of a cream pie culture here Shooting in the sun is allways a pain I know that all too well. A sun diffusor could help, but it's another piece of kit you need to have in your quiver and you'll need an additional tripod. And one gust of wind will knock it all down So shifting start time will help or find some shade and use a reflector. Anyway, fantastic new video, love your work so much!!!
shooting in the sun is kinda of my specialty. I noticed right away there was to much lighting from the sun and I never have this problem. I have shot with several cameras over the years.
I always shoot in the direction of the shadow the sun creates.
In the case of Anglefan and this particular shot, I suspect the plastic protection tarp to be the root cause of the extra lighting effect. It looks like its capturing to much light from the sun and then reflecting back to the model .. I could be wrong
