She is. From what I've read, behind the scenes, she is incredibly strict to her employees and has also been downright mean sometimes towards the people who work on her show. The bubbly, friendly persona is basically just an act from her.

This is her final season b/c of all the stuff that's come out about how much of an ass she is. Nothing that I've read really violated anything (like no sexual advances, etc). She is just an ass in how she interacts and treats people and since wokers are a thing, she's canceled.
