Internet privacy is important. Some of us don't want to share our faces. I created this (completely offline - nothing is transmitted) program for Windows that uses a basic facial recognition algorithm to detect faces in images and then blur the face. You can see examples below, as in my recent album upload. It also offers the option to blur a single image or a folder containing as many images as you want, as well as the option to resize the image or images at the same time. I really appreciate the interest in this thread! However, the reason that I made this is so that you can blur your face *entirely offline on your own computer* instead of having to upload a private image of yourself to a web app like flixier.com. I'm not familiar with Vegas, but no, this is just a standalone program that runs completely offline for privacy. If all you want is a way to blur your face, then there is absolutely better software out there for this. My posts are about offering privacy-focused alternatives.
