The response on Facebook and Instagram might support this conclusion. The number of likes, new likes and comments appears down. Is it a holiday in Brazil today? Was there a big soccer match on another channel?

I agree! Finally a very good episode, undoubtedly the best of the semester. This episode is worth to be edited.

The previews seemed to indicate this, but nice to be confirmed. Really looking forward to DL'ing and watching (and editing). Plus... Chega Mais figures out how to avoid a copyright violation for the first time this month!

FYI on ratings: In the wake of CU's post this week, I did a quick Google search and the only article that came up said (loosely translated) that Chega Mais wins their time period and ratings have been up. This was September numbers so I can't imagine much has changed.

Now, could this show completely change formats and/or ruin the pie game and/or get cancelled anyway? Sure... But let's enjoy the rarity of a show that started off well for mess fans... Got infinitely worse... Then miraculously got better!

Because that costs money and this is free.

You guys aren't gonna break my heart again this time are you? The last time I read "best ever" on this show it was a bunch of pies to the hair and a bunch of beautiful, clean faces.

There is no fascination, what matters is to see beautiful women taking pie in the face and get messy, every sunday. That's what we have here in Brazil of "wam", we don't have wetandmessy producers like in umd in Brazil... And the best of all, IT'S FREE!

Nice hits. Normally the 'sameness' of the pie hits doesn't do much for me but coverage was so good and the women so accepting it overcame my usual apathy with this show.
Now thirty years ago I would have dropped a hundred bucks on this scene, but there is so much great stuff out there that producers are doing that I can't get too worked up for this.

Holy Crap!!! I am a guy who thought this show was the best when it was "bad" and "unfair in the disproportionate level of pies received by males" and al kinds of other garbage. But they are clearly stepping up the action....amazing pie hits on amazing women...in amazing numbers. All we can do is keep riding the wave! Wow!!! Thanks for posting.

I simply cannot grasp the need for anyone to make ignorant, selfish and utterly unnecessary comments in a thread when discussing perhaps one of the best mainstream clips to surface in years, if not decades and if not ever.

It's ignorant because you *assume* your likes are somehow the best, utterly ignoring the reality that everyone in this fetish has their own particular tastes and likes. Some people like mainstream clips, some people like more adult natures scenes, some like pies, others like hair-only and apparently there are even those with furry-oriented WAM likes. Go figure. For *anyone* to arrogantly assume what THEY personally like somehow trumps the likes of any other person is the height of ignorance and selfishness.

Moreover, it's a very unfair (and I am sure very unwelcome) comparison to make to the various WAM models and producers. These models on Chega Mais are quite literally some of the most beautiful girls on the planet and in their prime. It's unfair, unnecessary and just stupid to go out of your way to draw a comparison to them against any WAM model -- almost rude, if you ask me.

If you don't care for this and you like something else, more power to you. I won't even complain if you voice your opinion in a manner that shows an ounce of respect to others who might not share your opinion, or in this case the various WAM producers/models. What I find utterly displeasing is the out-of-nowhere negativity from your comment.

You should strongly consider thinking more before you post, if you ask me.

I personally thought this was an outstanding episode. There have been previous ones with better individual hits, but as a whole this was probably the best to date.

To the Portuguese speakers: DO you think it would be worth contacting the show and "requesting" them to release the "missing" Barbara footage? Maybe just on their FB page? It seems petty, but I'm a Barb fan and it makes me sad that they teased part of a GREAT "bonus hit" in this promo but cut it out of the final show completely!

Rich favors Barbara's lack of wiping technique, so my guess is one of her very great hits will be his favorite.

As great as this week was, I don't think any single hit was as solid as this one, at least by my tastes.

It was firing on all cylinders by the criteria I look at. Even the amazing triple pieing from this week was missing out a little with the after shot.

This is probably my favourite as well. Does anyone have a clip of this? I think the only copy on youtube was from the official channel, which subsequently got removed on copyright grounds.

She's not on the show anymore but I'm a big fan of the Sabrina Scherrer scenes, and probably my favourites are some of the early ones.

She's beautiful with fabulous hair, and she didn't really try to dodge the mess. She also tended to get most questions wrong, so was on the receiving end of a fair amount of mess.

Honestly, it HAS to be a Barbara one. The double pie from a few weeks back was kind of amazing... But I think the best was the blue pie from July. Nothing fancy, just amazing coverage, and then Barb being Barb, she didn't bother to wipe it at all. Walked to the podium and started complaining/arguing/whatever she does while fully pie-covered. THAT, to me, is what put it ahead of all the other very good ones on this show. (See below.)

The triple pieing yesterday was nice... Also the green pieing from two weeks back where he wrapped it around her head? Top.

Sabrina also took great pieings early on, but she had a tendency to wipe her eyes out quickly. Otherwise, those were awesome too.

This clip was fantastic - the way her eyes seem stuck/sealed by the pie; i kinda like when that happens, which isn't all that often.

well, these noted pieings are all great in their own way....but what about the pie sandwich??...Granted, the aftermath wasn't spectacular, but it was still excellent and the model was great (super cute blond)...and seemed to be a bit clueless as to hat was going to happen to her..the brief set up with Bojack kissing her holding two pies was, imo, amazing....but even if you disagree, the fact that someone would even attempt this classic pie hit is admirable....I suspect that Bojack is well-acquainted with slapstick and even wam...note that he doesn't attempt these double hits with the males (or rarely), but seems to focus on the females...it's almost as if he is there to make sure that the girls get extra messy....and since he's been on the show (as the 'trickster') the number of multiple pieings (on a single model) has increased considerably.

AS to complaints: Johnny Yen: I usually appreciate your comments and posts (and the MG thread that you reference is really good)...but I am frankly at a loss as to why you don't appreciate these Chega Mais clips more (maybe it's the colored pies?)....

Seeing gorgeous/sexy (non-wam) models get messy (often well pied or fairly well gunged) on a weekly basis is a gift to this community....plus, there is the real element of surprise (not knowing what the questions will be and if they will get messy), and the real element of (playful) humiliation...nothing produced here can compare to this show....but, to each his own
