So I'm looking for your advice, tips and feedback. Myself and associates are going make some WAM videos with some local models. Does anyone who uses models have any ideas about:
1) Model release forms
2) Written contracts (do we need these in addition to release forms)
3) Do we pay a fixed sum for a shoot or a % of sales?

Assistance or guidance on the above would be most appreciated. And if you're in the Bristol / South West region and fancy modelling for us then let me know!

the form you are looking for is called a 2257 its a model release form thesee forms will contain all the details on the shoot and you can change them to state if the model will obtain any % from the sale of the shoot or get payed on the day. its a lot of paperwork if you are just doing it for some quick $ but if you want help send me a pm i used to do porn so i have filled out hundreds of them over the years
