I came across an old misc video clip which I uploaded. Does anyone know the name of the clip at 1.15 minute mark as well as where to find a better quality of the entire clip?

Wow...there's a blast from the past. I remember downloading this clip with a P2P app, probably eDonkey, probably 11 or 12 years ago. It's a pretty old clip now, but you may get lucky on here. The first part of the video is of Sammy Jane and Gilly Samson, I believe. Looks like Bill Shipton's work...

I was hoping to find out about the woman in the bikini with ice cream being poured all over herself.

That looked like Bill Shipton doing the pouring. I could be wrong, as it's not real clear.

What was the name of the clip by Bill Shipton? Does anyone have the full length clip?

It's from an episode of a TV show called "UK Raw" shown in England on a network Channel 5 (hence the name of the clip). Wikipedia says it's from Season 1 Episode 4 broadcast in 2001, but it looks like 1999 is when it aired. I don't see any clips of this particular episode on any reputable streaming sites (some site called "veoh" which looks very virusy) or even how to get it on DVD, sorry.
