How about a few cream pies to the face, and a couple of Litres of golden syrup/Light treacle over the head for good measure.

Take off his shoes and socks, roll up his pants to his calves and stick his bare feet in a bucket of frosting. While he is stuck plaster his face with pies. Show his barefoot soles covered in frosting. Totally humiliate him and leave him moaning for more...

What sort of things has he messed you with? Maybe you could choose your least favourite of those and make him experience them!

Sneak up from behind and give him a pie sandwich! Smashing him into a cake would be great too.

Put him in a PVC outfit and use proper Gunge over his head!
