You are (or were) correct...there are many types who come here, not all are fetishists (in the technical sense)...some have salirophilia/mania (they like to see images of celebrities and models getting 'soiled')...some who find it fun and kind of sexy (with a partner)...some are slapstick fans (or clowning/burlesque fans) of various types....there used to be a greater diversity of aficionados here before broadband technology hit (2005/6?), and the porno-wam crowd (formerly restricted from or not allowed to post explicit images) demanded equal presence here (to take advantage of large file downloads for pay; making money)...the gradual dominance of more pornographic wam content (no offense to those who produce it or dig it) in subsequent years did drive away many of the 'rated G' / just for fun/laughs crowd and nostalgic folks who just wanted to see clips from the old kid shows [that they grew up watching], now no longer permitted, for the obvious reasons.
To the original poster (MichFan2017: think about what really motivated you to make you post. Are you being 100% honest? It sounds to me like you found a group of folks (who are making wam content on YT) that secretly satisfies your particular wam tastes, and so, to assuage any concerns they might have with you [being an ex-wammer], you decided to publicly repudiate this forum (which is still a diverse community, despite my previous historical note)...and make yourself 'acceptable' to them (and separate yourself from those 'creepy' wam people who are not at all like you). Just sayin'
HOW DARE YOU SUGGEST that we should be forgiven for our sexual preferences.. Incredibly crass and ignorant thing to do. If we enjoy seeing beautiful women pied or messy, and people create content then why shouldn't we enjoy it?? The vast majority of people in our community would be horrified by the idea of harassing anyone outside the community, and think that anyone who does so is out of order. I would no more ask someone who got gunged or pied for charity or humour to do something sexual , than I would ask someone who is posting a picture of themselves in a dress with hosiery to show me her underwear and ask if she is wearing stickings or not.
Idk about the rest of you but that guy changed my entire life, I've read the Bible twice, cover to cover, from the time of his post to writing this now, I also wrote, recorded, and released my own Christian rock album that has already gone triple myrrh, I've also contacted every woman I've ever had any interaction with, no matter how big or small, and told them I visit this site (and also about my Christian rock album) most of the time I was met with a strong "HUH?!" or a "how did you find and contact me? I'm blocking you, don't try to contact me again" but deep down, I know they forgave me
Nowt worse than a born again. "I've seen the light, hallelujah!"
Yeah...sure! At some point down the road, Mich will be shagging someone, struggling to finish, and without telling them about this deviant kink, will slip off into the world of remembering old clips, or imagining what it would be like if they pulled a pie from the side of the bed and...oh baby...there it is...hmmfff...ahhhhh....oh yeahhhh!

How do you know the creepy attention is from HERE? Not every WAMmer is affiliated or even knows about UMD. There are a lot of lurkers on UMD that never bother creating an ID or purchasing content here. Also, some actual WAMmers got their start on YouTube and have since migrated here.
That's like saying someone made a youtube video about tying different style knots and a BDSM fetishist made inappropriate comments on it , and then saying it's due to hogtied.com

Why does your membership HERE need to be forgiven. Also, how did you become friends with youtubers that made messy content when you're into it as a kink? This sounds like a self implication.

It sounds A LOT like you're judging people here. We do a lot to go out of our way in finding an ejecting creeps and following up in noting how BAD of behavior it is. Good luck in your endeavors, especially divesting yourself of your "abnormal" sexual interests.

I don't have one in my town, so I've only tried it once. I far prefer it to KFC!

I have recently started a friendship with a couple of YouTubers who told me that they removed content from that platform after getting SEVERAL "creepy" requests, e-mails and texts suggesting content sometimes deviant sexual suggestions. They were having fun making harmless and HILARIOUS videos but are now changing future content due to this feedback.
YouTubers AREN'T WAMers & the members here would do well to remember that if they WERE fetishists, they'd be here SELLING their content. It's said when innocent messy content draws creepy attention from this forum.

Good Luck To All Here But PLEASE leave YouTubers ALONE! They'd be here if they wanted your attentions!
As a member since 2003 when the world was an entirely different place, I just wanted to say people get turned on by many things. I guess all attractive females need to never post anything since a guy could possibly have a dirty thought about her. Also you can still view responses on the forum. It's called not being logged in. As for the OP, I'm curious how he was able to "friend" these people he claims to have friended. How in the bleep is a female going to friend someone they met on youtube? I'm going to assume that the bloke OP isn't going to have a single dirty thought about his "friends he met on youtube." Any REAL female is NEVER going to do that. We've known for many years that there'll be those people who try to push things to far. It even happens with things not related to WAM at all. Hope the OP has erased all of his purchases.

For me, it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra McChicken sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.
One time I asked for McChicken sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly McDonald's worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!".
Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local McDonald's restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs.
I even dip my fries in McChicken sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant.
Dude ummm I know females streamers who have to make sure they dont show any feet. They have walls of cringe on their discord and you wouldnt believe what people say....One guy I banned because he wouldnt stop talking about her armpits.
Whatever, you float in yr mind is whatever.... but you never made any impact here. Just leave
Caution said: I myself don't use YouTube for anything related to WAM or slapstick, but I'm aware there are those that do.
I keep my adult interests to adult sites. I'm happy to patronize the many fine producers that make content specifically for the audience that I am in.
I find the issue to be very serious as well, that is online sexual harassment. It happens in a lot of places and it is abhorrent. There's a lot of discussion about that behavior on this very site and the mod and admin team here take it seriously.
YouTube is a whole other beast when it comes to how they moderate their content, and complaints about that platform probably are best suited to be over there.
You used the words abnormal to describe the users of this site, and that is out of line, imo.
So... See ya?
Dunno why folks feel like they need to rant on the way out of this site.
YouTubers AREN'T WAMers & the members here would do well to remember that if they WERE fetishists, they'd be here SELLING their content. It's said when innocent messy content draws creepy attention from this forum.
I get the sentiment, and I agree people shouldnt be sending youtubers messages about their fetish, but his line here isn't entirely true. We've had SEVERAL content producers who came here because they were making videos on Youtube and someone told them about UMD. I've even seen a few come here from Fiverr. The only reason they weren't here already is because they didn't know it existed (Stormy Starr/Estrella, for instance).
Is it just me or was this rant missing a point? I am trying to understand whether it was a confession or a persecution. This is a judgment free site and I guess its good that they are off because this post actually stated that they were a "lurker" which is not acceptable because of crossing certain boundaries. I have always shown respect to others on this site and formed friendships with people on here. By the way I need to state that its "effective " not "effectively "

There are several people bombarding them on their latest video apparently about one of their slime videos not being there anymore they removed it permanently. They said it went in a direction they werent anticipating. (code for creeps)
The op definitely went overboard painting everyone here with the same brush but definitely youtubers should be left alone and not harassed.
If someone wants to find this place badly enough they will otherwise leave them to enjoy something thats just a fun hobby for them.
I'll add my two cents. I think when you join a forum like this and interact with a lot of like minded people it can be easy to lose sight of where you are and everything you thought was strange and maybe even taboo about it can become normalised in your head. That's absolutely fine and even quite liberating which is one of the great things about UMD. However lets not forget that this particular fetish is considered very niche even by a lot of people within the fetish scene let alone mainstream society. I'm fairly certain that mainstream youtubers and influencers will have received messages and requests for many different things that could be considered explicit, whether it's feet vids or jerking off. Maybe that wouldn't phase them too much as things like that are quite common turn ons and they would probably expect it. When it comes to Wam (especially if the request came after they posted some content that could be considered Wam) you have to remember that a lot of people don't even realise its a fetish that turns people on. They just see it as a harmless bit of fun like they see on TV and so I can see why someone could be quite taken aback when they discover this. And I do think that approaching random people on mainstream sites like YouTube and asking them to make Wam content is a dangerous thing to do. There are some truly horrible people out there and if you get a bad reaction from one of them it may well bring back the shame you felt about having this fetish before you discovered that lots of others did through sites like UMD. Maybe that's what's happened to this guy here. I think the moral of the story is that there's nothing to be ashamed of about being turned on by Wam. There's some amazing people in this community. But like all things there is a time and a place. Just remember where you are and you'll be fine.

It is lonely and tempting watching others do WaM related things, whether it be just for fun or sexual. We are all social creatures and want to share iut interests with others.
I think it's fair to bring up UMD and ask what they think, but there is a "right way and a wrong way to do it." For starters, yoy don't just bring it up like that if you really want to get close with someone. I admit as a lonely guy it can be tempting, but I'm learning to try and get closer first. Ask what got them into it and how long? Maybe some of their inspirations.
I'd say make sure you confess before you get messy with them, but that's unlikely to happen.
In the end, I feel like with anyone you are attracted to for whatever reason you shouldn't have to be ashamed of it and why. You just don't want to spring it on them like that. You don't just walk up to someone and say "I think that's sexy. Do more!"
Although MichFan2017 is gone, I hope he also asks for forgiveness to all the women who passed him in tight jeans or a nice dress that he did a double take on and enjoyed their pressence either at that moment or later on his own.

Just to clarify, I believe that a lurker is someone who reads a forum without posting anything (or who rarely posts). There's nothing wrong with that, i.e. it's not breaking the TOS for this site. In fact, given that there are over 50,000 people registered on this site, I assume that the vast majority are lurkers.
Weird post about making friends on YouTube. Been around this fetish for along long time. As with any fetish, if it ruins relationships or hurts them, ruins your job or self worth it is something you will want to take care of. Just opion
People in various WAM forums have for years made posts asking others not to leave creepy comments on public videos, but it's pointless, those who do so in some cases just don't realise they're doing anything wrong, and in others are doing it quite deliberately, and revelling in the reactions they provoke. Trolls gonna troll, basically.
I feel like a lot of people send weird odd messages to complete strangers on many sites. For example that girl Lily from the ATT ads has had strange creepy messages to her about her appearance. I think the key is read the audience. Approach with caution and look at context. For example if someone on here has all clean/non xxx pics you might assume they aren't sexual with this, so if you inquire approach it slowly.
