I have this book too! Sadly not close at hand, but safely stored in a box somewhere. I'll have to dig it out.
I clearly remember the day I bought it, too. I was still in high school. After nervously perusing it in the bookshop a few times, I made the "brave" choice to actually purchase it, only to discover that the person manning the register was a girl I knew from school (who probably would've been the subject of a few fantasies inspired by this very book). She gave me a strongly disapproving look as she rung me up, and I don't think we ever spoke again. Oh well.
Like many, i had SUCH a crush on Messy Toni. (I'm a "girl next door brunette" guy)
This whole thread truly is amazing...
I still have memories of finding ways to leave work midday or early so i could fetch MessyFun newsletter or my VHS of ALL PIES TV from the mail before my roommate got home.
Am I the only one that would pay for a reload of the old BBS MPV site/pics?
It would take more than just money. There were no model releases for many of those ladies from Chuck Lang and others. Now that they are gone the permission to use those images went with them. There's a lot of MPV stuff up on Club MPV and more to come.
Many of these images have brought back memories for me. But I notice one consistency - there isn't a single dildo in these photos. Maybe it was a more innocent time, but I really like the nudity and mess without cheapening it by adding sex toys or paying too much attention to the ruder aspects of being nude. It also seems less contrived. Less like 'ok we're planning a pie in the face photoshoot' and more straight out on-camera action where just about anything might happen.
Here are a few older photos I have saved over the years. . . I don't know where they are from or exactly how old they are.
This was definitely a fun thread to look through. I recently got hold of 5 issues of splosh magazine and its nice to remind myself in some ways how things used to be. There's some great photoshoots in there, along with one that led me to this website in the first place. But along with that its nice to see all the other pre-2001 type stuff, like the personal ads, the letter section, the adverts for vhs tapes etc
Please excuse the bad image quality, I'm not sure of the legality of scans/photos of magazines so I managed to find an early 2000s image I downloaded from here
