Just another little check in with you all. How are you all coping with this lockdown? Have you learnt any new skills or done anything interesting?? are you somehow still managing to do messy things to keep your wamming going during this? Let's all share some interesting things we've been doing during this quarantine. Hope you're all at least staying safe and washing your hands and stuff
Glad to hear you've managed to get a little wam into your quarantine. I sadly haven't managed to do any pies or messy stuff as my man isn't into it. But I have managed to keep my sanity going with several hours gaming on the Xbox and the Switch, plus I've been learning lots of language skills with Duolingo. Almost finished the Gaelic course and topping up on all the other courses too
Still, roll on the end of lockdown when my face can finally get a good pieing again hehehe
Besides running the empire, I started digging thru the "someday I'll fix this" closet, so now the whole house is covered in electronic devices in full or partial states of disassembly.
I also woke up one day and decided I couldn't stand looking at the kitchen sink anymore. Shiny new sink and faucet coming from Amazon any day now.
Not very well or at the very least until this weekend where it feels like things are turning around. After 36 days of being inside my old support worker, her mother and my personal trainer got together to help me out and I now have at least a schedule worked out.
On top of that my PT is showing me how to become more flexible. (Body wise) Pole dancing is her sport and so she is teaching me some stretches and exercises that I can do whilst wearing high heels.
On that note For a cumbersome leviathan doing the poses, stretches and exercises in high heels is much easier than flat footed, a science that my PT is going to teach me about.
I do however still have my really bad and negative thoughts and just utter hopelessness. I have these thoughts all the time but with nothing really much to do they are brought to the fore more often.
Coping just fine over here. Nothing has changed for me. I've always self isolated, I'm a loner, and the majority of my friends are marries and have kids and really have no time to hang out, something I got used to a long time ago. I'm "essential" and I work third shift, so when I have nights off, I generally don't feel like going out and doing anything during the day. The only thing that really sucks for me with this plague is not having new movies come out that is the one exception I make to going out on my nights off.
