I had an interesting experience, yesterday. I was gagged and suspended over the clay pit by my wrists and an anal hook. Suspended might be a strong word, since I was able to sink up to my hips before the ropes got really tight. However, once the ropes were tight, I was really stuck.
The entire scene was intense, because that hook doesn't need to move much to make me lose my mind.
