Normally I'm pretty good at placing pics, but I'm drawing a blank on this one. Looks like the original owner had a tag bottom-left, which usually suggests more are out there, so maybe more will surface....eventually.
A Google image search shows it's been picked up by several different sites going back at least 10 years. MANY of those sites are listed as "suspicious" by Google's diagnostic (malware and such), but this Chinese one checks out OK: http://www.haha365.com/gxtp/564522.htm.
