Klum did more WAM in a few years time than I did
I still think the unusual part about Klum is that she wears designer outfits to get messy in and also always wears what it appears are designer shoes. On Ellen, she has has two occasions to simply take her shoes off both times and yet does not. It's also funny here that Howie actually mentions the "dress" thing.
Now, a possible explanation beyond "She's a Wammer" for Heidi Klum.
As someone who has worked with a shitload (industry term) of models in my life, almost all of them like to throw cold water (pun intended) on the stereotypical model image of the gorgeous, prickly, diva...i.e....and they will do anything to achieve that. Klum takes that to the extreme it seems when it comes to WAM/slapstick.
That was absolutely fantastic! And also a good tutorial for anyone wanting to use air cannon to gunge someone, note the high chair meaning she is sitting with her legs sloping down, so we can see her whole dress, which is a stunning designer piece, get the treatment.
I think what i really like about this video is Heidi's personality. I dont know much about her so i expected her to be like... i guess a little more resistant? (Im not sure what word i was looking for)
But like all 3 times she gets blasted she is just, "oh ok" and goes with it. Almost like she was not bothered by it in the slightest and it almost didnt happen/phase her at all.
I remember an interview about the chocolate shoot, where the photographer says it was her idea. The shoot was on a pool and apparently she took the chocolate from somewhere and proposed to use it. I remember a clip from Entertainment Tonight or a show like that.

for sure she did a lot more wet than messy stuff - as a model with a career over decades there are so many pics of her from shootings in wet clothes and also pictures of her in the sea taken by newspaper-photographs. Only some of them are added here and finally also 2 pics of the already mentioned dunk-tank incident (with shoes!)
