Standard Latin recipe that's a slightly gooier whipped cream that wipes off easily. (It's been discussed numerous times on this board, including recipes to make it that don't seem to work with non-Latin American ingredients.) Similar to PoR, Chega Mais, EEG, and others.... although their version is closer to EEG (kinda "chalky" in the way it sticks and comes off) rather than my preferred Chega version (extremely gooey and thick cream).

Yeah I have utterly failed thus far in my attempts to replicate the Chega recipe using xanthan gum and guar gum. I mean, it's not like South America has a special emulsifier that's not available anywhere else in the world. Or maybe they do, I don't know. Disappointing either way.

They did another what looked like good game on Aug1. It's only been uploaded by the guy who does 1) low res and 2) goes out of his way to edit out the post-pieing, so fuck that, but keep eyes peeled for when someone who isn't unknowingly (or is he?) being a dick to this community uploads the full version with non-potato quality.
