Hi everyone, I would love to know which substances yall recommended to get messy with clothes; easy to clean, no stains and none-light smell it would be very helpful.
Gunge- it's one of the least likely to stain messes, water based so its reasonable to clean off, and the slight smell is ...well bland and neutral by my books. A few others have compared it to soggy cardboard smell- some people tolerate it and others dislike. Gunge is often coloured with children's poster paint/powder paint- which is non toxic washable pigments, however this can/will stain if left to dry on (furnishings) and bright/bold colours might not wash out of pale clothing. I've never had (or heard of) any problems with gunge staining skin/hair.
Icing sugar ticks all your boxes better than gunge, but would be significantly more expensive per litre of mess. Honey or Syrup can also be an option- apparently its best to dissolve it off you with a long hot shower rather than scrubbing.
Finally there's bentonite clay (often the 'mud' in the indoor//mud pit scenes)- which has less smell than gunge and washes easily but only comes in one colour.
Avoid soups/savoury/condiments/anything with dairy or flour based/ or paint- these all carry strong lingering smells and/or can pack some serious staining.

Saddly I don't have any gunge so I was thinking on sweet foods or something like that, my session would be around late tomorrow/early sunday so I don't think I could get the gunge that quick

See what you can find in the shops- sweet sauces/honey/syrup might be your option to avoiding the worst smells. Gunge can be made with xanthan or guar gum- which are food thickeners and can be found in some shops.
Still might be worth shopping for gunge online for your next session
Having done several self-sessions in hotel rooms, I've developed quite a fondness for corn syrup: it's sticky; it's thick; it doesn't have as strong a smell as chocolate syrup, molasses, or pancake syrup; it's reasonably inexpensive; and it dissolves easily under a hot shower.

One thing for me that works is dish soap
Dawn dish soap all the way. That stuff is a cleaning miracle. I use it for everything. My Big Fat Greek Wedding uses Windex. I use Dawn dish soap.
