It doesn't automatically play for me either, but if you right-click you can "save as" pretty easily and watch the clip from your HD.

I'm sure the original file wasn't set up for streaming.

Can't get it to work with anything...

It works with VLC. Dunno about anything else. But the GIF has all you need, just in a smaller file!

Worked fine for me after saving link. This clip used to be on youtube as I already have seen it, and actually screen captured the entire video awhile back. Great scene!!
