Title pretty much says it all really.

I went to see the revival of Dead Funny tonight, Terry Johnson's bleakly comic play set at the time of Benny Hill's death, about the love lives (or lack of them) of a society of comedy fans.

Entertaining stuff even if some parts were a little near the truth as a self-confessed comedy bore. So if you're in London and want a good night at the theatre enlivened by a blonde getting two pies in the face, head for the Vaudeville Theatre on the Strand.

Exactly! That's why I love the idea of ladies getting pied in stage productions!
