In case anyone is interested, episode 20 of season 6 of "The Saint" (titled "The World Beaters") starring the late Sir Roger Moore (as the eponymous Simon Templar) & Patricia Haines (as Kay Collingwood) involves Patricia Haines character having to push a rally car out of the mud Patricia Haines (wearing a rally driver's boiler suit & helmet) ends up flat on her face in the mud.
The IMDb page includes a link to purchase the episode on Amazon as a stand-alone, or it comes as part of the 2nd (colour) 13-disc DVD box set.
