Its $39.99 on amazon and is very easy to install. It helped having a sprayer that I could actually aim to clean up the shower area instead of having to wipe it all down. There are hose extensions and I would recommend one for extra reach.
I built a studio in a room in the house. It is a raised stage with a waterproof floor capable of holding 100s of litres of slurry and water. There is an outlet for disposable which can also be directed into the adjoining walk in shower. There is also video lighting and storage. I'm very fortunate to have been capable of building such a thing myself otherwise it would possibly have cost thousands to get someone else to do it.

I can imagine that hiring a builder and explaining your requirements to them would be be quite an awkward process if you hadn't been equipped to do it yourself!
We have something similar to it and yes, it is great for washing the walls and what not, its also great for two people, one can use the handle and start cleaning up while the other uses the regular shower head.
