Now YMMV as to what entails a great hit but for my money, that caking was really solid. I'd liked more aftermath but the hit itself was great. It left the girl covered amazing yet she's not just some cream-covered blob either. Perfect coverage (for me).
The girl herself is on the cute side but she's a far cry from some South American bombshell gorgeous 10/10 that we sometimes see getting involved in slapstick these days.

I think she's cute, and that's a great cake hit! Lots of frosting and some cake hunks stuck to her face, in her hair, and splattered around! She looks really adorable as she peers around the filter which just protected her from the other cake!
I'd much rather see a normal, somewhat pretty or cute lady get a great hit, than someone gorgeous get a terrible hit!
I can't really understand the difference between the two options, but I was thinking about this earlier today - I guess what your asking is, does the mess quality make the scene, or does the model make the scene?
The answer is a bit of both. Needless to say, the first requirement in any WAM scene for me is that I find the girl attractive. If she's totally not my type, the scene is not going to be a winner. (I like cute looking girls with long straight hair, but that's just my preference, so because there's thankfully something for everyone in this world, it follows not all scenes will work for me.)
If a cute girl is getting messy, I'm gonna like it - we're on to level 2. To get past this point, this is where the quality of the WAM comes in. I like cake sitting, so if a girl gets messy, I'm happy, but if she sits on a cake (naked), or generally gets her pussy covered in gooey slop, then she's just topped the charts.
So basically, girl is more important than mess, but mess still matters.
I would weigh the great hit more -- but only slightly. In my (hopefully) harmless obsession with pies in the face and other mess, I attempted to come up with a rating system for female wam and implement it on my clip collection. Like everything else, I soon abandoned it because it was too much work. It is rare, but occasionally you get a 10 out of 10-- gorgeous model and excellent hit. In mainstream WAM, I would say the cake hit on Greta Thyssen in Quizz Whizz is close, but some might dock it a notch for being in black and white.
Gorgeous target/decent hit. Of course a bad pieing, only in the mouth, won't be nice.
But a correct pieing turns me on much more if the woman is very well dressed, so as if she's with good makeup and accessories.
Watching a wet or messy situation happening to a woman with expensive clothes, hair, makeup, shoes, accessories, has a taste of prohibited.
It's common to see women who accepts to be pied badly dressed. They put bad clothes because they were already waiting for that. With bad clothes, they don't need to worry so much.
But a gorgeous and elegant woman... nooo, that's something that mustn't be done... and when is done... wow.
