This is an old clip (actually a compilation of Spanish-speaking TV shows with cake fights)...but the actress (short cut curled hair, retro style, pretty face) at the 2:22 mark gets an extremely gooey pink frosting cake in her face (and it seems like she was not expecting it to be SO messy and full covering)...there are many other quick clips in the compilation, but that is by far the best.
Please. Portuguese Speaking. Please. The capital of our country is Brasilia, not Rio de Janeiro. Please. Brazil is not only Rio de Janeiro, Amazonia and nothing more. We have Sao Paulo. We have much more to be known by the world. Please. Brazil's GDP is bigger then Canada's one. Even with all our matters. Please. Imagine me posting an american video, and saying "Look this German speaking show"... That's how we feel.
Anyway, I can say this is one of our best masterpieces when we talk abot pies. They chose the outfits of the characters very well. We love when you say you appreciate it.

Surprisingly, people are frequently confusing Latin American shows with German ones, or German with Dutch ones, which is much bigger difference. And of course, unless they have subtitles, Japanese, Korean and Chinese shows, which again is a huge difference.
In addition to that, people usually don't distinguish English speaking shows to US, UK, NZ, Canadian or Australian, and often consider them all as American. US (which currently has the biggest GDP) is then almost always portrayed as California/LA, Florida, or NY as if the rest of it didn't exist.
Mistaking Spanish and Portuguese if one doesn't know any of them and they're spoken in some internet video is quite common. So if you are offended by this, you are going to be offended very often. Although if the OP have said it's a Latin American show, it would easily sweep the problem under the carpet, no one would be wiser and everyone would be happy.
What I would be much more surprised/offended by, however, is that someone doesn't know that the short cut curled hair actress is Mariana Ximenes (!) and that the referenced show is "Chocolate com Pimenta"

Ah yup.... One of the big "discoveries" of buying cliptapes back in the early 2000s was realizing this show existed. I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that this Brazilian telenova has the greatest WAM scenes of any show EVER. (Well, certainly any scripted show.)
There's what.... at least 10 separate messy scenes over the course of a show that only ran for 9 months?? (Albeit 200+ episodes.) And most of them feature massive cakes being slammed into the faces of hot actresses (and actors) in nice clothes! Mariana gets it good several times over, but there's plenty of other worthy targets as well.
The OP's original video is actually a promo clip for a much later Mariana telenova (Guerra dos Sexos??) that I believe was made by the creators of Chocolate com Pimenta.... and when it was announced, there was speculation on here that we'd get a bunch more epic WAM scenes with Mariana and others! Sadly, that one half-assed food fight (from the promo) was as close as we got....
The famous producer for most of these messy Brazilian soaps, Walcyr Carrasco, has a new soap starting in a month or so. Unfortunately it seems like it will be a more serious themed soap, and not his typical comedy soaps with the mess. I'll keep an eye on it regardless, it's called something like Terra & Paixao

It was "Andando nas Nuvens"(Walking on the Clouds)... made by another author. In this soap, we had the first pie in the face of Mariana Ximenes' life... Unfortunately, the two best dressed women on this scene escaped clean from the pie fight.
And about "Chocolate com Pimenta"... I would say it was 11 scenes. Because I remember one more scene(not available on internet, but I watched it), where a cake explodes on Mariana Ximenes' face... She was wearing a blue dress(if my memories aren't failing)... Until today I'm trying to find this scene, with no success.

Yes, it is. But, cross the fingers. Walcyr Carrasco sometimes surprises us. "A Dona do Pedaco" was a serious 9:00 PM soap, and he found a way to do a cake scene with Paolla Oliveira. For a 9:00 PM opera soap, pie in the face was until then a taboo... So, who knows, a surprise appears again...

Yes, and "Andando nas Nuvens" is on Dailymotion (and YouTube, but the Dailymotion version is much better). The "caking" (or rather throwing a handful of cake cream) of Mariana Ximenes is in episodes 105 and 106. There is another messy scene involving Julia Lemmertz in episode 81.
The cake explosion is already accounted for in SlapstickStuff's post. The 10 major messy scenes involving women are:
- Ep. 2: Elizabeth Savalla faceplants into a cake. - Ep. 17: Mariana Ximenes gets gunged with green slime. - Ep. 39 and 40: The food fight in the chocolate factory - this is the scene from the video above. - Ep. 53 and 54: The wedding cake fight (Mariana Ximenes vs. Priscila Fantin). - Ep. 62: Lilia Cabral gets cosmetic mud thrown in her face. - Ep. 91: Elizabeth Savalla gets covered in cream and chocolate by the cooks in the factory. - Ep. 100: The large cake fight at a night party on the town's square. - Ep. 105: Rosane Gofman and Elizabeth Savalla get caked in the face. - Ep. 171 and 172: The chocolate cake explosion. - Ep. 188: Elizabeth Savalla gets gunged with chocolate syrup.
Apart from these 10 scenes there are some minor ones (few droplets/smudges on some's face, nothing decent) and few male-only messy scenes.
Pe desculpas por identificar erroneamente o veo como 'espanhol' na origem (e idioma) quando na verdade é um programa brasileiro (onde eles falam portugu).
My apologies for misidentifying the video as 'Spanish' in origin (and language) when in fact it is a Brazilian show (where they speak Portuguese).
Avoiding the mandatory joke: 'It's all Greek to me'
Wait: The restaurant cake fight that was promo'd in that video in the OP is...which show? Which episode? and hopefully its online, right? I'd like to see the whole thing straight through instead of quick shots and long shots from off-set.
