I ordered custom from kayden666 all was friendly at start told her what I wanted she requested the fee and I sent it as gift through paypal which means I can't get refund and been over a month now without contact apart from her saying yeah in a few days it will be done she gave me a couple of free vids off her site but stil haven't had my custom have now got that frustrated that I just don't want custom just want my money back from her and I've been speaking to a few others who are also in the same boat
So my advise is stay away from her
If she's had time to upload numerous videos during the time I've been waiting to be contacted she surely would have had time to talk to me

FYI, her story is that her computer is offline or something. Those videos that have been uploaded get uploaded automatically, so it's not necessarily that she's been her uploading them and ignoring you. And that other guy.

Although, I find it a little hard to believe that in this day and age that someone would honestly have more than a day or two of being "locked out" regardless of their main computer. Not with cell phones, tablets, public libraries and all manner of ways to access email or even this site.

I might see how she would be unavailable to fulfill her custom order due to some unfortunate set of circumstances but there really isn't a good excuse for why she's been unable to get in contact with you and that other person. It wouldn't take but a few minutes to send either or both of you some kind of update.

The problem is that I'm so angry that I've been treated this way that having a custom from her now wouldn't be the same I would like my money back and I can forget all about it

I've communicated in the past with Kaydens and done a custom with her. I had little problem working with Kaydens and have always found her very responsive. I know that she was moving in with her sister (?) and she was afraid that would limit the amount of time she could do customs.

I know you don't know me from the man on the moon...... but for what little it is worth, I would vouch for her.

You might also try contacting Ariel, Jayce, or Jilly and see if they can help you. One of them maybe able to reach her in ways you cannot. Or at least they might be able to fill you in on what is going on.

I see you have realised your error and deleted your previous post Enigma - in that Kaydens was actually saying "fuck yes il be back on the umd soon" in relation to the ordering of her new computer, and not "fuck you" to all or anyone here.

And that there was also a message posted a few days previous to that apologising to people re customs and offering free vids in the meantime. Her situation seems genuine enough and maybe a little patience is required - maybe so many here have been properly scammed in the past by others that we now start to doubt those we probably shouldnt...

I have nothing to say about kaydens666 one way or the other .... but I feel very, very confident that it's safe to ignore anyone who doesn't use punctuation.

I've gotten two customs from Kaydens and she got back to me quickly with both, and kept me up to date and in the loop as much as she could. Never had a problem with her getting a hold of me.

Upon perusing her notes for the past six months or so, Miss Kaydens is by no means a fraud or a shyster. I do know she had an unfortunate living condition that prevented her from making quality vids in a reasonable about of time. I have no idea if she has an outside WAM life that would include a job or family concerns, but I surmise it either takes up a lot of her free time or doesn't bring in enough coin for her coffers for quality/quantity supplies. She also has no studio or behind the scenes team other than the now banished ex-bff, and on top of that until (I'm guessing) a small windfall of some kind granted her the funds necessary to acquire a new computer and camera she was working with inferior, temperamental crap.

Now, after actually czeching out the full thread (went right into defense mode after reading the first one) I see that the masses are on her side and have made the same observations as I. I also believe she knew things were going to go south on her soon and thus backstockpiled a random assortment of site vids to try and appease the impatient and unruly of us and that they have been released automatically. Additionally, she could truly be living hand to mouth and thus can't afford a luxury bill like cel phone or internet provider; yes they're wifi hotspots she could tap into but can *you* openly message/chat in public via this fine yet publicly unacceptable website? I think not.

Contacting Ariel &/or the J's will probably confirm our "suspicions" and concerns and not much else. I know the J's are from the same part of the US as Kaydens is and they will attest to her worthiness and protect her as their own. The best thing to do is continue with the patience and understanding; I vouch things with her will be looking up and soon. If your whole life is now revolving around whether an alternate lifestyle video was made in a timely manner and that personal communication has been spotty even though publicly the model is hurting, it is time to *seriously* re-evaluate the purpose and priorities of your life.

UMD would be blocked in a public library, and if you got caught looking at or working with adult images I'm sure that you would be kicked out in a heartbeat.

As far as for answering customers it is a valid argument and a possible suggestion/option, but that being said it all comes back to having lives outside of UMD. It's quite often something we forget about the wonderful wemon on here.

I once heard from a reliable source through strictly friendly conversation that some of the models have over 50 new inbox messages a day! While it is a "job" to offer customs unless advertised otherwise, I doubt many of us have the commitment to answer so many a day, and therefore some of us may feel left out woe times because of customers being the priority. It takes a lot of sacrifice here on UMD to do this.

I have looked at UMD at my nearby library(comp was being repaired). The library staffer came over,she saw what I was looking at and then told me "As long as it doesn't involve children, we look the other way. You're totally cute".

When she was making the custom for me, she said she was having computer issues and gave specifics. Said her power supply failed which may have caused her MoBo to short...sounds legit to me imo.

I must have misread it because the message I recall was very different. With what I'd written, I did not delete the message but it was removed by a moderator, who sent me a polite and detailed message why it was removed - which was also over the interpretation (or misinterpretation) of Kaydens666's message on her profile. I believe she's since changed it to something along the lines of "it's slime time!" currently.

Not really a big deal, while I am not sure what it read, it doesn't seem as if it was her intent to convey "fuck you" as a message either way. So whether I misread it or she simply worded it poorly, it's probably not worth worrying about at this point.

@filledmypantiesuk I understand your frustration. However, I entreat you to patience. Don't let your frustration turn to resentment. Kaydens is one of the sweetest girls I know. I'm sure it tears her up to have disappointed you. If you give her a chance to make this right, I'm sure you'll get a custom that will make you smile. No, that's not true. I worked with a librarian recently and she was telling me about all the weird fetish sites that people visit there (fetish sites have different keywords from hardcore porn sites and are typically not filtered). She said they don't bother people who are looking at weird sites, they just make fun of the people afterwards! I have also access UMD from my library once when I needed to respond to a message while my husband was upgrading my computer. It takes two mins to sign onto umd and send a message, trust me, you can do it quickly without anyone noticing.

Just to let you know ive still not had my custom video yet i was cobtacted last week by her and said she was going to do it that day and now ive not heard anything its quite shxxxt to be honest very unprofessional i paid nearly 2 months ago and still waiting !!!!!
