If you e.g. plan to shoot a video of a Chinese woman getting pie/cake in the face, you can suggest to offer to pay her money to take part in the video shoot.

I) You can try suggesting a price to pay her (e.g. USD 100). If she reject, you can politely ask her is it because it is too low. You can let her know it is negotiable.

Assuming she accepts the offer, make sure you honour your words and pay her.

II) For her convenience, I suggest you provide her with clothes for the video shoot or trash bags to cover her clothes to prevent them from getting dirty.

III) It will be good to have shower facilities at the venue so that after the video shoot, she can take a shower and clean herself up.

IV) The place where you conducting the video shoot, ensure the floor is covered as that is easier to clean up. (You can look at videos shot by Slapstickstuff or PiedAsianGirls as a reference)
