She's a model named Yanni Botha. So far I'm coming up empty.

I tried to see what I could find. Her 1st name is actually spelled "Yani". These pics come from an editorial in a French magazine called "Be Street". It was one of the April 2014 issues. She is from Australia.

I found a pic of a guy putting the ice cream cone on her head, but couldn't get a copy.

Maybe this will help the search a little!

Thanks for the links! It's interesting how the 1st one seems to be the whole shoot, but doesn't have the pic of the 2 of them without the ice cream.

And the second one has fewer pics, but has *that* pic (which isn't really of interest to me, just commenting on the difference between the two links).

Yani looks pretty hot in the other (non-wam) parts of the shoot, in the other outfits!
