1) When I was searching through WWE Network, looking for something completely different, I purely accidentally stumbled on this WCCW scene "The Sunshine/Missy Feud" from the 3rd May 1986 episode of WCCW. It is a compilation of 3 fights between Sunshine (Valerie French) and Missy Hyatt.
The 1st is some regular match of theirs.
In the 2nd (29th March 1986 episode, during the Fantastics vs. John Tatum & The Grappler match) Sunshine grabs some french fries with ketchup and smears it in Missy Hyatt's face. - Not very good scene but it there.
The 3rd one (26th April 1986 episode) is Missy Hyatt's revenge in which she smashes a pie in Sunshine's face.
2) In WWE there are, as far as I know, 8 episodes in which Asuka (Kanako Urai) spits her "green mist" (green slime/ink) in the face of some of her oponents:
- Hell in a Cell 2019: Nikki Cross gets "green misted" by Asuka during the Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross vs. The Kabuki Warriors match; - Raw 7th October 2019: Becky Lynch gets green misted during the Becky Lynch & Charlotte Flair vs. The Kabuki Warriors match; - Raw 28th October 2019: Paige gets green misted during her introduction of The Kabuki Warriors; - NXT 30th October 2019: Dakota Kai gets green misted in the The Kabuki Warriors vs. Tegan Nox & Dakota Kai match; - Survivor Series 2019: Charlotte Flair gets green misted in the Women's Survivor Series Elimination Triple Threat Match (NXT vs. Raw vs. SmackDown); - Raw 25th November 2019: Charlotte Flair gets green misted during the Charlotte Flair vs. Asuka (with Kairi Sane) match; - Raw 13th January 2020: Becky Lynch gets green misted during her and Asuka's Raw Women's Championship contract signing; - NXT 1st July 2020: Sasha Banks gets green misted in the Sasha Banks (with Bayley) vs. Io Shirai match;
After the NXT 2020-07-01 episode some people complained about the spitting in relation to covid so WWE seemed to have stoped doing it in all the subsequent Asuka's matches.
Most of these scenes are quite short, the coverage is minor and generally they are not very good (see pics below), but I think they're still worth mentioning. If you want videos, all the matches and scenes can be easily found on YT.
Going back to Missy Hyatt and Sunshine, one of the Holy Grails of female mud wrestling was their mud match when they were in Texas in 1986. To my knowledge there is no video of it, only these still pics!

Yeah, looking for this exact mud match eventually lead me to accidentally discover the Sunshine pie scene I posted above. As I later found, the mud match (as far as is known) wasn't tapped so there is no video of it, only photos I was part of the 1986 Parade of Champions (4th May 1986), later that day, after the main matches.
Thank you for the Sunshine pie clip, I don't remember ever seeing or hearing about that one before. You might have discovered a clip from 35 years ago that was completely hidden until now, wow!
Some of my favourite WAM wrestling stuff from the past (there's surpassingly a lot but guess the theatrical nature of wrestling lends itself to slapstick. Or Vince has the fetish which would be one of the less surprising things about him)
2, Trish vs Stacey in a mud match (that fuckin throw from the stage is still crackers) https://youtu.be/G5OToxX7j4w
3. Candice vs Milena in a pudding match (my first experience of watching WAM in wrestling, bought on dvd as a gift. Long road to ruin awaits) https://youtu.be/6MxI8CJpHhk
There's loads more off the top of me head. Sunny being caked, Lana being caked, Steph being pied and thrown in mud. Layla caked, pied and thrown in mud, maria pied, Karen angle pied. It's pretty much routine even today (AEW need to up it's game mind, last wedding caking was a shambles. Great and interesting wrestling yes, but a good food fight will really deliver them ratings Tony Khan ya dog wanker)

Came into this thread to post this - probably the definitive mainstream WAM moment for me. Remember a younger me hoping Melina would get into a messy situation, only to expect disappointment when they announced this match.
But no, it delivered in spades - a giant pool of pudding instead of just a thin layer, Melina in her lingerie immediately getting thrown in and essentially completely covered in seconds, and to top it all off she gets her head dunked into the goo (Multiple times!!) near the end. Even the goggles didn't bother me, and they get discarded pretty quick anyway. Perfection.
Here is quite rare one (my thanks to brewcrew79 for telling me about it ):
A small Major Gunns vs Tygress & Miss Hancock mud fight breaks out in the 7th August 2000 episode of WCW Monday Nitro.
Tygress (Vanessa Sanchez) and Miss Hancock (Stacy Keibler) stay relatively clean but Major Gunns (Tylene Buck) gets completely, from head to toe, covered in mud (see the pic.).
Many of you might have already seen this scene from WWE SmackDown (12th February 2010) where Vickie Guerrero gets a blown of chottage cheese thrown on her head:
What is less known is that there is a wonderful aftermath to the above. After the backstage scene, Vickie Guerrero, with the messy cottage cheese still smeared all over her head, enters the subsequent Layla & Michelle McCool vs. Mickie James match and gives an angry rant, see the pic.
Love you, too

There are quite a lot of scenes in wrestling shows. Regarding decent female messy scenes, I currently know about:
57 scenes (48 classic + 8 of those Asuka's green mist moments + 1 commercial) from WWE, 5 from WCW, 2 from WCCW, 8 from TNA/Impact Wrestling (6 from matches + 2 commercials), 1 from Lucha Underground, 1 from Wrestlicious, 1 from Covey Pro Wrestling, 2 from USWA, and then there is GLOW (1986-1992) with 2 pieings from matches and those Vicky Victory skits (at least 27, maybe more, unique ones).
