"Feel a million dollars, with custard down your cleavage!"

Lady Full-wellington, in a lovely black gown and long black opera gloves, comes to Nurse Wendy-household, who's in full uniform, for some good old-fashioned gunge therapy. No sooner has she sat down than Lady fw is having gunge poured into her cleavage, but she soon gets her own back on the nurse, planting a tray filled with custard on Wendy's chair, which Wendy promptly sits in.

Lady Full-wellington keeps her hair clean (ish!), but Nurse Wendy gets a full gunge shampoo and pie-sandwich. Both get their clothes totally drenched in custard.
