So my blogs are either many and often or infrequent and rare...but over the last few weeks I've been working with Iain and Jonny (@iainkernaghan and @kernowSplat) and I wanted to share some behind-the-scenes stuff as we had a great day shooting and (I think) we produced some great WAM videos together! The site is now live at GungeMistress.com, and here's how it came together...

The idea started when we were all together filming the GungeTankGirls Custard Covered Girls special. In the gaps between filming clips we were chatting, suggesting ideas, and before we knew it we had a website idea, some girls who would work well on the site, and a domain...GungeMistress.com - now we needed to flesh it out!

Iain wrote some scenarios/scripts...Jonny worked on models he knew, most important of which was Miss Araneae who fell into the role perfectly...1 week out we had the scenes, had the girls, had a studio, and then it came down to me....need to build some props!

As I read through the scenarios there were two major set-pieces I had to make. First was the pillory...those of you in the know will know the difference between a pillory and some stocks. This required a lot of 2x4, some internet-research...and also some late adjustments, as we needed to restrain the girl at a particular angle...we needed to be able to see her face, but also to make her bum stick out! Both of those parts were going to get messy!

Second was the gungetank...here I faced a dilema. We have a perfectly serviceable gunge-tank (see GungeTankGirls.com...)...but this is a completely new and different site...did I want to use something we've already used hundreds of times before? Then it hit me...

...we had some wooden supports from several years ago. They originally formed the 'stage-area' for the early episodes of TopGunge.com. We bought them over 4 years ago, used them for a few months, and they've been hanging around ever since. Luckily , they are the perfect height to make a gunge-tank, so a few screws, some-more 2x4 and our original GungeTankGirls.com... top-piece and we had a brand-new gungetank! Plus (as you can see from the pics below) we had easy ways to tie girls inside, leaving them helpless to their gungey fate!

For anyone (really) interested in the behind-the-scenes stuff, we started work building on Tuesday (about 1pm), finished work building backdrops, props and the like on Friday (around 9pm) and started shooting Saturday morning - we were scheduled (and ready) at 11am, but we started closer to 1pm...there were lots of travel issues because of the UK weather).

As it turned out, because of the travel issues we were one girl down, but we had Araneae, Ana, Claire and Sam on-site, all of whom were really up for what we had planned! We had to shuffle around the schedule, but overall we got seven scenes shot (and we loved them all - there was variety of scenarios, girls and outfits, a perfect trifecta for us producers!)

I've not seen quite so many hot girls in so many hot outfits getting gunged in one day as I did that Saturday! From my own personal point-of-view, I wanted to make sure the camera was inside the scene - so that when you watch them, you feel like you're actually there in the scene - let me know in the <u>forum thread</u> if I managed to achieve this!

So coming up we have (Miss) Ana in the pillory, Claire in the gungetank, Sam in the pie-pillory, Claire tied on the bondage plinth and a special ending to this series of clips... stay tuned, it will be on the forums and on our twitter accounts as and when they go live...
