Speaking of, there does exist a pie fight from a communist era Czechoslovakian mini series called Gagman. It briefly has under 18's in it (not involved in the pie fight and they're just shown for a split second) and I could easily edit out the 2 seconds but not sure on the exact guidelines or owt.
