I'm a 39 y/o straight white male from Tacoma (near Seattle). I'm origininally of Latvian decent, fulll-blooded. My parents barely escaped the Soviet invasion of Latvia during WWII. I have loved getting wet with my clothes on since age age 6 or 7. I've recently been experimenting with other substances such as cooking oil and I am open to any for of WAM, but sitting in a hot tub with all my clothes on is still my fave.
