Callum is Miss Michaela's slave boy. He does exactly what she wants or he will be severely punished for her entertainment.

Callum particularly enjoys being imprisoned and treated harshly while being gunged. So Miss Michaela takes great pleasure in ensuring he really does enjoy it :-)
