I think it's a bit humorous that one attractive female just gets a pie in the face and nowhere else on a mainstream talk show, and the board goes apeshit in a positive way, but another attractive female gets completely covered from the neck down and the board goes apeshit in a negative way.

Admittedly the latter example has the disadvantage of, in typical mainstream wam fashion, the guy getting it way worse than the girl (it's her own fault she got hurt, if you take skating lessons, the first thing they teach you is fall on your butt, there's a reason for that). But if you pretend the guy's half of the screen doesn't exist it's not all that bad. (IMHO, George got it marginally worse than Sarah, but you have to take into account proportion relative to the size of the pies involved in each example).

But then OM did go on the air and publicly diss (and have some staffer not do the research on) our kink.

It's prolly different for everyone, but all I care about is pie in the FACE. Do anything you want to her body, and meh. Get her face somewhat well, and I'm a fan. That's why the Olivia Munn scene, to me, is absolutely worthless. And the other chick gets my attention. Just my 2 cents.

It's entirely ironic that b/c Olivia Munn wussed out and didn't "flop" in like she should have, she injured herself. Whatever, she is a washed up actress now that she left G4 b/c I doubt anyone will want her for big roles.

NO scene with Olivia Munn is worthless! She already had me with the french maid outfit; anything (literally) on top of that was a bonus. And yeah: going from G4 to prime time NBC, she's totally washed up.

I will bet you EVERY video in the UMD download store that her utter piece of shit NBC show will be cancelled this year (it hasn't officially been axed but has been replaced by the only slightly less shitty Paul Reiser show, a TV death toll if there ever were one). So while she isn't washed up yet, with any luck she is well on her way.

As to the OP, the backlash of Munn VS the (over) adoration of Shashi is due to 3 things

1- Shashi is hotter (though I don't rank either of them top tier)
2- Face WAM beats body WAM, I'm guessing for a majority of people on this board

and most importantly

3- The Munn debacle was massively hyped beforehand, getting the masses here into a frenzy over seeing her jumping into a giant pie, only to have her cop out on the facial. That was bad, but not rage-worthy. The fact that we also had to see the doofus male co-host do what Munn was supposed to do made it rage worthy. The Shashi pieing was not entirely out of the blue (we had the earlier clip of her hinting at pies being her "fetish"), and in a karmic sense almost made up for the earlier clip where she didn't get pied.

This 2nd Shashi clip is being overhyped in part because we were teased earlier that she was into it but then didn't get pied. If Munn had come back a month later and taken a pie to the face on the air due to fan rage that she didn't do the belly flop, I'm willing to bet there would have been a good hundred posts here praising her as a WAM goddess. But she won't do that, becuase she is a (highly overrated) average looking no-talent D-list celeb who in 2 years will either be in Playboy or on Dancing with the Stars (not sure which one would make her more washed up).

Yeah, she bruised her leg or something b/c she smacked into the bottom. I guess nobody ever told the bimbo about surface area in relation to buoyancy...

And if any WAM producers want a look-a-like, check out Chloe Cane in her "pornpros" video and you'll see the resemblance big time (there is wam at the end of the video via fake cum blasted in her face). She even kinda talked the same way.

This ongoing hostility is quite a puzzle. Are those with a facial preference really that much more hateful and unbalanced than the average WAMmer? I would like to think not, but some of this language -- so long after the "travesty" of her not catering to a highly specific kink-within-a-kink -- makes it hard to believe otherwise. Keep in mind, as much some in the community seem dead against making this a welcoming environment for models et al., there remains the fact that some prospects will see this place at some point in deliberations about doing WAM work. Is the possibility of driving off a newcomer who just might actually do things precisely the way you desire them really less important than continuing to get in your digs at a stranger who has done you no wrong whatsoever?

That said, Perfect Couples was badly conceived and horribly written. I watched the first three episodes, and did laugh out loud at one point in the third. Then I realized, "90 minutes for one laugh . . . surely I can do better than this." I believe it has already been announced that there will be no second season of the show. Still, I think Olivia Munn has some facility for acting (not to mention good representation and all the right NYC connections.) I expect she will keep turning up in pilots until something else gets put into production years down the road. For the sake of the vitriolic fringe here, let us hope the next project never involves her getting even the least bit messy from the neck down.
