When I first entered my latest video, there were only 2 thumbnails available from which to select. The first one was black and the 2nd one wasn't useful, so I just added some frame-grabs from my hard drive to the video.

After promoting the video, I see that there is no thumbnail image next to the entry in the male wam forum listing. I added 2 additional images in a reply to the entry, hoping one of them would be used as the icon, but that didn't work, either.

Sorry for the problem. At the time that you uploaded the video file, the UMD was likely in a state where it was not grabbing frames correctly, resulting in only a couple of [not so] usable frames. Frame grabbing happens at the time of file upload, so when you created a download from the file, the damage had already been done. When I approved your video, I re-generated a good number of vidcaps and selected some for the teasers. I also have updated your forum post so that it now has an icon.

Thanks, MM. I wasn't worried. I just thought you'd want to know. Also, Heather will be uploading a video this week, and I had hoped she would not have similar problems.
