I still can't get into the chat & I was able to before. I get this message: Sorry, your browser is not Java enabled, please visit our java support pages.
I've tried things on the support pages & I think I even tried downloading a new version of java but I'm not sure if I did that. Any ideas on what I can do?

I tried when the update thing comes up on my computer but then it doesn't go to anything. Can I update it from the java site then?

I tried doing that & the download didn't finish cause it said there was an error. Oh well...

Try uninstalling Java..

You're not running 64 bit Windows by any chance are you as you need to install both Java 64 bit and Java 32 bit to enable both versions of browser
