Just returned after a very long hiatus. I've updated my profile and when I went to choose my preferred time zone I noticed that the Time Zone for New Zealand was not there.

I think you would need to do -12 but this would probably screw up the date. NZ is GMT/UTC +12 (discounting DST/summer time) so closest you'll get for time of day is -12. I doubt the complexities of daylight saving are built in!
