Hey, another customer also had this problem. Can't log into their alertpay account, can't reset the password either because they no longer have access to the email account used with alertpay, plus they can't sign up to a new account because the credit card is still associated with the old, inaccessible account.
Worse, my hands are tied because they absolutely refuse to discuss any details about any user account, be it financial-related, account-related, or ANYTHING-related.
They did tell me this, though:
"The quickest method a customer can use to directly contact one of our customer support specialists would be by phone. The issue does not seem like one that would take very long to resolve. We invite the client to call in about the issue..."
