Yes, it does.. but since you report damn near anything not to your liking as "spam" a lot of it get's ignored. I personally dismiss a lot of your flagged messages elephant, simply because of this fact.

I think it's more to do with cynicism when it becomes a problem. From what i gather, there is something cynical going on. Yamtree is probably the mod to point these ones to.
