A few of you may have noticed PieTargets.com went down for a couple of hours early on in the week... I had a bit of a technical issue that meant I had to rebuild a lot of the site.
So i did, and now it's faster and stronger (I just learned all about caching, so it should be a lot faster.).
While i was under the hood I added a few things that may be of interest.
First off, I now have a super slick mailing list. I have been having a chat with my little crew and they are keen to do some fun stuff with it including some material just for it as well as some behind the scenes fun. There will be some locked up youtube videos only accessible to people interested enough to make a little effort, pre-release pictures from oncoming videos and so on.
Mail will go out once or twice a month only, we won't be spamming you and we won't be giving the hard sell. This is some fun and an added extra for those who are interested in this little project.
Also for those interested, on the site is a link to the PieTargets.com Tumblr account. It kind of bugs me I have nowhere to record the things that would clutter up the main site that would probably amuse people as much as they amuse me, like things that are said on a shoot, or those couple of moments that couldn't be on a video. I have used Tumblr for years personally, so I know it's a great platform for me to record those things. I will also be recording the new Slime tanks progress there as it moves off of the drawing board.
What else?
Well, the first mail shot on the mailing list will go out in a few days, I think it will open with a preview of the next video where Sunni demonstrates her five favorite ways to pie someone, starting with a pie sandwich.
Which is an excuse to put up this lovely picture. I'm already a huge fan of mackenzie.
