I have a couple of outstanding payments due too. Emailed MM a couple of times with no answer so far, any mods know why?

Surly this should be done automatically? It's not cool to be late on payments, what if MM gets hit by a bus? Is there no remote access or VPN for the UMD? Whenever I travel I take a laptop or my Droid so I can fix any possible issues while I am away from the office!

Yeah. Sorry, I mis-spoke. Payments are indeed automated. UMD connects with AlertPay's API system to send out every payment, but the process must be manually triggered and I was not able to do this. Completely my fault as there was no internet connection in the country where I was shooting. It won't happen again.
