I have tried 2 different screen capture software... none of them gives clean thumbnail for my UMD store... it's all pixel and the size is different from others in the store list... not at the level of the hours I spent to try to get a nice page...

What free software should I use to get a clean thumbnail, like the other have ?

auto-reply : the software automatically put the shot in PNG or something like this... doing it manual to turn the shot into JPEG gives a better pic... the quality is not yet what I want it to be... but that's much better.

The UMD generates its own thumbnails for videos, you don't need to provide any.

The very clear thumbnails you see on some sets are where the scene is on both still photos and video, and the clear thumbnails are of a sample of the photos, not video captures.
