hey everybody, after seeing a few short vids here and there of phoebie, i just had a few curious questions to ask you guys (and woman). Where did she go, i read she used to be a part of the community, have any of you corresponded with her or chatted? Was she a genuine wammer and just doin it for the love of it? Thanks heaps.

she was a genuine wammer who made a bunch of wam vids back in the day. since then she has stopped doing wam publicly. sorta retired i guess. but who knows, maybe she will come back one day! her vids are great

Not so sure she was a "TRUE" or "genuine" wammer.......she always seemed to like whatever she got back from wamming.......don't get me wrong I think she is an awesome person!


She came back briefly when her dog had problems..............and we responded as a community...........

As far as I know, She was for real. One of the "first" to go public on the net with her 'life style". And she didn't hold back. She was very active in the earlier days and then just seemed to quit. The last rumor I had heard shortly after was that she had gotten married with a guy from the wam community and had moved to Fla. and was living happily.

I still love Phoebe's work. Her videos were the very first ones that began my ever increasing WAM collection back in the spring of 2000. I'll never forget ordering them (on VHS) right at the end of my first year of college. They were supposed to ship to my mailbox but were forwarded back to my house after I went home for the summer. When they finally arrived, I witnessed stuff that was incredible. I got that same feeling I got when watching a pie fight on TV for the first time.

I'm still alive and kicking. Still writing, not wamming (unfortunately). I did resurface last year with my Nicole video but due to poor response and sales we decided to throw in the towel. This is a business, even if it's business last. I'm not interested in the more hardcore edge the WAM world has taken. But to reitierate, I was, am and always will be a wammer. The dog crack kinda hurt, we we're VERY active in the community both before and after that incident. Oscar passed away last month. I still lurk around this site, as mentioned, love the WAM. Thanks to everyone for still thinking of me now and then. Nice to know people still care.

sorry to hear about oscar. my dog died last year a few weeks after i started film school. non-pet-owners will never understand how much it hurts, they really do become part of the family

I'd have to say that Phoebe's clips formed some of my earliest and most fond memories of my introduction into the online world of wam.

Especially the "Pie Sandwich" & "I don't know" Slime Clips.

I was looking forward to more material when they trotted out the 'Nicole' material, but if I was being honest, I was hoping for more from Phoebe herself.

I'm not that into the hardcore slant that the wam world has taken either as of late, and if anything, I was always a fan of the Comedic Sensuality that Phoebe was able to express so effortlessly.

If you ever want to try again, I'd buy one of "your" vids in a heartbeat!

Hey Phoebe, I agree with everyone here, you were the original wam girl in my view. Ever think about doing a video with either Ken (anglefan) or Rich (slapstickstuff) seeing that they pretty much run the wam world? I understand what you mean by the edgy side wam has taken and personally im not a fan. I like the classic styles like these two have brought to the wam world. Just a thought, still a big fan...

Pretty sure I don't remotely run anything in the WAM world. I leave that to the folks with 12 different sites.

Sorry for the late response... I totally missed this thread first time around. The early Phoebe stuff was awesome, right up there with Neil's work. I distinctly recall sending several more-and-more-frantic emails to Phoebe when my VHS tape got lost in the mail... That was Vol. 2 & 3, well worth the wait.

Actually, my secret little crush was on Phoebe's friend who appeared around the 5th or 6th volume? She had straight dirty blonde hair and in one scene she wore long black gloves (I think it was a Lenny custom) and had the best snotty look... IMHO that girl did NOT get pied enough!

Yep, there was always something more genuine about Phoebe than I've seen out of any female member of the wam community. I'm not really into produced wam and I'm not its audience, but I sure could stand to see more women like Phoebe around here.

I agree with the sentiment that if Phoebe herslef did another vid, it would be a big deal to this community. I know I certainly would buy it. The last vid with Nicole was nice but it wasn't Phoebe herself and therefore less interesting.
