Okay, I am posting this because I posted it in the bug reports section AND I emailed Messmaster, and have not yet gotten a reply.
Last evening, I purchased 3 videos for download, via AlertPay. Of course, I was charged for the purchase, but when I go to the "My Purchases" area, absolutely nothing shows up, and it tells me I have no purchases.
I have the AlertPay receipt in my email inbox, so I can prove I made those purchases. But I did not just spend 13 dollars for nothing.
So, I would either like the situation to be fixed, so I can view and download my three purchases, or I would like my card to be refunded, so I can get my money back. If anyone can help me out here, I'd appreciate it.
