The actress is Brie Larson, and the show is United States of Tara. I've never seen it but that was what I got from a quick glance at Wikipedia.

Actually this was posted before but thanks for the post anyway I am sure this will be new to many people. Wam is slowly but surely emergin as a fetish in mainstream TV shows at least.
