Hi!

My "Inbox" is working fine. It has from the response to my very first post through the latest received messages. However, when I go to the "Sent" box, the messages show from my first message but then stops at last February. I've noticed it before, but keep forgetting to ask about it. All of my sent messages from February, 2011 through today are not there. Is it something I'm doing? Can it be fixed?

Make sure that you have selected the link at the top of the box that reads "Show Deleted". If you have it selected to show "Active Only" you won't be able to see the deleted messages. Which, in your case, all the messages from February to now are deleted. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply! I'm not much on finding my way around a computer. I looked on my inbox page, my sent messages page, and my profile options and didn't see either "show deleted" or "active only" anyplace. Is this something that shows up in the message I'm sending, but not anyplace else? If I set it once will it stay that way or do I need to do it everytime? As far as I know, I didn't change anything last February, so why did it stop saving them?

I became aware of a problem where a lot of peoples' messages were deleted, and I restored them. I am looking into why that happened!
