Not a bug, some praise instead! Much cleaner

I dunno i may be allergic to change but i never noticed anything wrong with the older style, These seam more intrusive and dont match the overall colour scheme

Yeah I've decided not to really do any massive overhauls anymore. Subtle tweaks here and there. These buttons melt more into the background, unlike the brash ones that stuck out. I wanted the content of the site to pop out, and the controls to be there and clearly seen, yet not competing. These buttons are also way less cpu-intensive, as the other ones all had to be pieced together on the fly by the server, and then there were dozens and dozens of tiny images that they were made of, and then HTML tables to hold them together. Ick! These are just pure, light css text links!

They're grey on either a white or a black background depending on your settings. That's certainly no colour clash!

Woah, in fact today has even the message design changed? Did that change at the same time as the button styles? Much cleaner though... I approve!

Why the sudden switch to a more minimal style?

Just a note, on the Classified's and Producer's pages, the subject lines go right up to the left of the screen. I'm on IE (I know) and it's the black colour scheme, as you can see.

On the whole, it's a nice wee improvement though, I like it.

Honestly? I was smoking weed and messing with Google+ and got inspired. I always wanted to change them fuckin buttons anyway. The shiny button look is passe now I think, and I'm really embracing the concept of letting the UI just get the hell out of the way and let the content BE the site. Plus, the functions that were under the hood to create those buttons were just ridiculous. Wish you could have seen it. Now it's a really simple function that uses all CSS instead of any images. And some things were just rough that many people I assume didn't notice--image antialiasing clashing with the wrong background colors, etc. I am cleaning some of the clutter.

And the look is indicative of what's going on under the hood and the backend code, as well.

Oh no, I keep forgetting about IE. What version? Thanks for the feedback....

IE8, but it seems to be fixed now.
