I see the album cover of the upcoming album from heavy metal beat combo, the Darkness, features a sleeve featuring some (slightly) messy girls. This got me thinking. Are there any other album/ LP/CD sleeves that pay homage to wam?

The only other one I can think of at the moment is the Ohio Player's Honey album.

I remember coming across pics of this on the web about a decade back...There was even some really grainy video footage at one time. Can't find anything now, though. This was a really professional shoot. Wish there was still an internet footprint of it. The band "Seventeen" definitely had at least one wammer in it to come up with this concept for an album.
