I also only have the one, being wam of course. And within that broad term, there are countless things I do and don't care for. To me, wam is a more tactile fetish, though the visual part of it is very important too.
Pies in the face or getting thick clothing messy does absolutely nothing at all for me, neither does humiliating the target, or wanting to be humiliated. There is bondage sometimes associated with wam, or smoking, or certain items of clothing, etc. I have no interest in any of that either.
What I do like is to see the subject either fall into or get some mess dumped on them, I particularly like if it's horizontal, such as a girl falling into mud full-length. And what is a fetish? If it's mild, is it not simply a preference? Some guys like feet, others like faces, some like legs, others like boobs, that's called a preference, so why isn't wam just the same thing? Wetlook is good too, more of a visual thing as water on skin is not slippery at all, but the see-through effect of wet clothing, and the glisten of wet skin are turn-ons.
So some like their women dry, and we like 'em wet or messy, it's not really that strange, not really a fetish at all, just a specific preference, but of course fetish is the term people who don't understand us tend to use.
And I suppose if we add chains, whips, rope, dom/sub, candle wax, etc. then I suppose it becomes a real fetish, whether wam is a part of it or not.
