Hi, we are having a bit of a messed up day shooting...

So, we are saying screw it... and going to try doing a bit of a live show. I have been meaning to do it for a while because i think I can get some excellent quality.

Sunni guarantees some quality at least!

When you go to the video before it goes live the chat box to the side already has "pre-loaded" comments. I think the comment in your "chat room":

Tipped me off that these were fake. Unless you just go all-in with your social networking.

Picture quality? That's something I can't gauge.

I used a high end web cam, this was rather sudden so I didn't have time to hook up and actual video camera.

Sound? How was that?

How was audio/video quality?

Anything that should be improved?

The Live Stream was really stable. No interruptions that I could tell.

Of course, I'm not certain how much bandwidth is being utilized on my end.

What settings might improve video quality through Usteam? or is that all on your end?

I liked the nice wide camera angle. The video quality was decent too--I had the occasional jerk, but I'm using a six-year-old computer, so that could've been the reason. Any more bandwidth may have given me problems, but as-is it was great.

I'm using a high end web camera, so the way to improve video is to step it up to a full on video camera and microphone - which is obviously quite costly. Wether it would be worth it or not I'm not entirely sure the improvement would be enough to warrant the cost.

I could also step up the lighting, which I am planning to do anyway.

I think I also sent the signal out in 4:3, I can do it proper widescreen.
