I'd be interested in a meetup. Philly isn't too far away for me. If we could do it on a Friday or Saturday it would be best. I have to be up at 5 on weekdays for my day job.

I love the idea of doing it in SoCal...but I may be biased. My personal vote would be for Las Vegas. I'm sure the 24 hour drinking would be a bonus for some!

Of course it'll happen. I never kidded myself into thinking it was going to be a thing where every wammer flies from their corner of the world to converge in a single spot that we all agreed upon. Wherever it's chosen to take place, mostly local people (or people who live not more than a couple of hours away) will show up, plus maybe a couple of people from some distance away. That's it. I'm cool with that, but I'm just trying to think where we would have the most people show up at. Maybe somewhere central like Detroit would be best, but it seems like a lot of people are willing to come from the West coast, too. Then again, the East coast seems to not have gotten much love in the past, and like wambob said, this is my baby this time, and my place is the Greater Philadelphia Area. I'm sure there would be plenty of New Yorkers and peeps down to DC and Baltimore that might come up!

This was just a feeler thread to see if there would be any interest. I'll post another one closer to May to try and make it official!
