I dint want this to be such a 'how do i tell my wife/girlfriend' topic, but more a topic about how you cope with the biggest personal secret/ almost curse one can have.

Some years ago i but from goldfinger the gold powder and tried half a bag on myself just to see the look of it. Shiney and nice of course. Deceided to keep the second bag as a reminder of my ' special interest' and trhrew the rest away.

Al that remains of the interest is a regular stalk here to see if there are some gold or silver updates. i guess some people are lucky to not have to hide a portion of yourself to the ones you love..

How do we all cope with this?

step one: take a chill pill. relax about your fetish a little. you see like you NEED to tell everyone. Its your kink.. keep it to yourself till you meet the right one and then let it out at the right moment of the relationship. When u find someone who accept you for you (like my girl does) you will feel a lot better about it and more normal. As far as fetishes go this one it pretty tame. There is some down right fucked up shit out there. it could be worse. dont stress out or be emo.

I admit, sometimes I get down about it. But only because it's more fetish for me than a hobby. What I mean by that is that I can only get off with my wife if I am either wamming or thinking about wamming. I fear that she thinks she isn't enough to do the job. Truth be told, "normal" sex just isn't that interesting to me. Maybe I'm desensitized from years of porn and messy sex.

I'm not where I live. However, outside this community, I only share the fact I like WAM with local photographic models who are open to doing fetish work. Like you, i try to get in touch with others on here, but everyone has their own lives and can't really be there. My only hope is finding someone local.
I know it seems like your waiting for nothing (just like me), but at least you have someone. Count your blessings and appreciate them. don't ruin it by telling her if you know she's not ready.

Well, if you truly MUST have the fetish in your sex life, then you MUST inform your partner. Otherwise there is a large risk, I'd say, of having a big gap in the relationship that might even doom it, long-term.

I think if you see your current partner as a permanent relationship, you OUGHT to inform them of your fetish and that you would like to add it to your sex life with them in some way. They might reject it totally (but you already know that you COULD do without it), or might be interested in it to one degree or another. BONUS.

If you see your relationship as impermanent, or don't know if it's permanent or not, then why not go for it? Rejection or acceptance, it is what it is. Move on forward with the current relationship, or look for a better one.
