I only do mud and I live in an environment where mudpits, for the most part, tend to be surrounded by dense, tall weeds.
Considering how very many times I've been deep in the mire, both with and without a camera...this certainly runs into hundreds of mud sessions...the fact that I've never even felt close to being observed is a testament to how much vegetative cover I really have for protection.
Some of these places are not even very far from trails. And I have one that's at a fishing lake. Once a boat passed by close enough for me to eavesdrop on what the two guys in it were saying! They never knew I was there.
So, I guess, nothing really amusing has ever happened to me. Natural mudpits don't have meter readers and any dog-walkers are on dry trails, and on the other side of all those cattails.
But I've had a rough day and these stories are making me feel much better!
Laughter works!
